Order Time
The majority of our pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for production. Production time does not include shipping time, so make note of that when choosing your shipping option. If you need an item on a rush please email info@jillhoffmeister.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return Policy
At this time we can only accept returns on in stock items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your package. Your return must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be sent back in the original packaging with no signs of wear or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping will be excluded from the refunded amount. Packages must be sent signature required. We recommend fully insuring your item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shipped to us.

Shipping
All packages are shipped insured and require a signature. If you choose to waive the signature we are not responsible for any missing packages. If your package arrives damaged from shipping please notify us immediately.
Sizing
We are not responsible for the ordering of incorrect sizing. We suggest visiting a local jeweler to get sized prior to ordering. If the item you order is able to be sized we are happy to help.
Repairs
Quality and craftsmanship is our top priority. All pieces are carefully inspected before shipping, but should you need a repair on any of our pieces please email info@jillhoffmeister.com
Repairs are subject to a fee.

Should you have anyone, but Jill Hoffmeister Jewelry repair your piece we are not responsible for damage or lost stones during or after that repair.
